Auto360 welcome your opinions
We understand customers might access information they need for making smart buying choices, and we'd love to have your help doing that. As an Auto360 customer or visitors, you can submit reviews for retailers and items listed on Auto360.my. We encourage you to share your honest opinions.
All content and behaviour in posting or receiving such content must comply with Auto360 Term & Conditions and this policy.
Who can create customer reviews?
Anyone who has engaged automotive retailers or purchased items from Auto360.my. All we ask is that you follow a few simple rules which mentioned below.
Auto360 is an online platform for you to share your opinions on products and retailers. While we appreciate your valuable reviews, we have some limits on customer participation and reserve the right to remove reviews that include any of the following:
Objectionable material:
• Obscene or distasteful content
• Profanity or spiteful remarks
• Promotion of illegal or immoral conduct
Promotional content:
• Advertisements, promotional material or repeated posts that make the same point excessively
• Reviews by or on behalf of a person or company with a financial interest in the product or a directly competing product (including reviews by publishers, manufacturers, or third-party merchants selling the product).
• Reviews written for any form of compensation other than a free copy of the product. This includes reviews that are a part of a paid publicity package.
• Solicitations for helpful ‘Favourite’ or ‘Rating’.

Inappropriate content:
• Other people's material (this includes excessive quoting)
• Phone numbers, postal mailing addresses, and URLs external to Auto360.my
• Comments on other reviews visible on the page (because page visibility is subject to change without notice)
• Foreign language content (unless there is a clear connection to the product)
Spam:
Auto360 do not accept spamming activity. Some examples include posting content which designed to drive traffic to your site or to move it up in search listings, or posting content which not relevant to automotive.
Customer reviews should be relevant and specific.
If you have safety concerns about the product you are reviewing please report this information to retailers directly.
Note: We'll do our best to make sure our platform compliance with our policies, yet we still hold no responsibility for any and all direct, indirect, consequential, special damages or losses that may arise from this content on auto360.my.
